Ingredients

• 2 tbs cooking oil
• 4 tbs Cream of Tartar
• 2 cups plain flour
• 1 cup salt
• Food colouring of your choice
• 2 cups boiling hot water

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a large heat proof bowl.

2. Very carefully, stir well. (Remember it is very hot).

3. Keep mixing until well combined and allow to cool so that you are able to touch it safely.

4. Knead cooled dough until a smooth and even In texture. 

5. Once completely cooled let your little one have fun! 

6. Store in an airtight container in cling wrap to keep fresh for a few weeks.
