As a Melbourne Metropolitan based business, Mess Me Not has an official COVID Safe Plan in place, as per the requirements set by the government, to ensure the health and safety of ourselves and our customers. We ensure all surfaces are cleaned prior to packing orders and maintain records of all interactions with others. All interactions with other people and when out in the public are also done with appropriate face coverings and regular hand sanitising. We also ensure our contact is limited with the public and only offer delivery via Australia Post to maintain appropriate COVID safe practises. Hand sanitiser and hand washing is also routine with any packing of orders. Mess Me Not pride ourselves on providing an incredibly high level of customer service and ensuring the health and safety of our customers is and always has been our top priority.
