What Are The Postage Costs?

Shipping rates within Australia are set to a flat rate of $9.50 and New Zealand $12 (AUD). Express is additional. Free postage is automatically applied after spending $150 (Australia and New Zealand only). Fees for other countries are calculated at the checkout. Please contact us via the 'contact us' tab at the top if you have any questions.

When Will I Receive My Mess Me Not Order?

All orders made through Mess Me Not will be fulfilled within 1-5 business days*. The time varies due to particularly busy times but we will endeavour to have it sent as soon as possible. If you have ordered a pre-order item all the items you ordered will be sent out together once the pre-order item arrives. Pre-order items automatically qualify for an upgrade to express shipping (within Australia only). If you require your items before the pre-order item arrives please purchase these separately.

Does Mess Me Not Ship Internationally?

Mess Me Not ships world-wide (unfortunately not including the US and Canada at this time but hopefully soon contact us for more information).

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

We usually ship orders on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

We use Australia Post for most of our orders so the times vary according to your location. Standard post within Australia is usually within 3-5 business days (additional delays due to the COVID-19 Pandemic may be experienced).
